Participation is voluntary and experiential, not therapeutic or medical.
3. Eligibility
- Participants must meet age and health requirements mentioned for specific trips or sessions
- You are responsible for assessing your physical, mental, and emotional readiness
- For certain activities, medical fitness may be advised
4. Registration & Payments
- Registration is confirmed only after payment (if applicable)
- Payment details, inclusions, and exclusions are clearly communicated before confirmation
- Shifoyage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, low participation, etc.)
- Refund and cancellation policies (if applicable) will be shared separately for each event.
5. Participant Responsibilities
By joining a Shifoyage activity, you agree to:
- Respect fellow participants, facilitators, and locals
- Follow safety instructions and guidelines
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and mutual respect
- Avoid substance abuse or disruptive behavior
Shifoyage reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the group or violates community values — without refund.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
- Outdoor travel and group activities involve inherent risks
- Shifoyage is not liable for injuries, illness, loss, or accidents unless caused by proven negligence
- Participants are responsible for their belongings and personal safety
- Emergency support will be provided to the best of our ability.
7. No Guarantees of Outcomes
Shifoyage experiences may lead to insights, clarity, or emotional shifts — but we do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, or spiritual outcomes.
Each journey is personal and subjective.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design, session structures) belongs to Shifoyage unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shifoyage shall not be liable for:
